Title 66 - Juvenile Justice
§ 66-12. Definitions
VA Code § 66-12 (2015) What's This?
Unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context, as used in this title:
"Board" or "State Board" means the Board of Juvenile Justice;
"Child" means any natural person under eighteen years of age;
"Department" means the Department of Juvenile Justice;
"Director" means the Director of Juvenile Justice.
