Title 44 - Military and Emergency Laws
§ 44-150. Violations of regulations

VA Code § 44-150 (2015) What's This?

Any person violating any regulation made pursuant to this chapter shall upon conviction thereof be punishable by a fine not exceeding $1,000 or imprisonment for not exceeding 30 days, or both.
