§ 44-148. Nonliability for damages
VA Code § 44-148 (2015) What's This?
Neither the Commonwealth nor any political subdivision thereof shall be liable for any damage to persons or property caused directly or indirectly by an authorized blackout, or any other air raid precaution or anything incidental thereto.
