§ 40.1-51.30. Appeal to Board
VA Code § 40.1-51.30 (2015) What's This?
Any owner aggrieved by a final decision of the Commissioner under ยง 40.1-51.28 may file a notice of appeal to the Board within fifteen days. Such notice shall be in writing and addressed to the Commissioner.
