§ 4.1-101.08. (Effective July 1, 2018) Leases of property
VA Code § 4.1-101.08 (2015) What's This?
The Authority shall be exempt from the provisions of ยง 2.2-1149 and from any rules, regulations, and guidelines of the Division of Engineering and Buildings in relation to leases of real property into which it enters.
