§ 23-9.8:1. State Council of Higher Education to advise the Brown v. Board of Education Scholarship Awards Committee

Consistent with its statutory responsibilities for higher education in the Commonwealth, the Council shall advise and provide technical assistance to the Brown v. Board of Education Scholarship Awards Committee in the implementation and administration of the Brown v. Board of Education Scholarship Program, pursuant to Chapter 34.1 (ยง 30-231.01 et seq.) of Title 30.
