§ 23-50.16:20. Operation of hospital facilities

VA Code § 23-50.16:20 (2015) What's This?

The Authority shall not operate any of the hospital facilities prior to execution of the lease or leases and agreement or agreements required by ยง 23-50.16:17, and such other agreements as may be necessary or convenient in the University's judgment to provide for the transfer of the operations of the hospital facilities to the Authority, unless, and to the extent that, the University approves otherwise.
