§ 23-38.96. Conflicts of interests
VA Code § 23-38.96 (2015) What's This?
The provisions of the State and Local Government Conflict of Interests Act (ยง 2.2-3100 et seq.) that are applicable to officers and employees of a state governmental agency shall continue to apply to the members of the governing body and the Covered Employees of a covered institution.
