§ 23-38.10:4. Collection of loans

VA Code § 23-38.10:4 (2015) What's This?

An institution shall make every effort to collect each loan made from its student loan fund. Institutions shall follow the provisions of the Virginia Debt Collection Act (ยง 2.2-4801 et seq.) with regard to the collection of student loans.
