§ 23-38.10:12. Determination of domicile

VA Code § 23-38.10:12 (2015) What's This?

For the purposes of determining the eligibility of a student for a two-year college transfer grant, domicile shall be determined by the enrolling institution, as provided in ยง 23-7.4, and the State Council of Higher Education's guidelines for domiciliary status determinations.
