§ 23-30. Certificates of indebtedness

Chapter 489 of the Acts of 1926, approved March 25, 1926, and codified as ยงยง 992(1)-992(13) of Michie Code 1942, authorizing the governing boards of certain state educational institutions to issue certificates of indebtedness to raise funds for dormitory construction purposes, and Chapter 61 of the Acts of 1928, approved February 28, 1928, relating to similar certificates, are continued in effect.
