§ 23-235. Officers to comply with requirements of Department of Criminal Justice Services
VA Code § 23-235 (2015) What's This?
All persons appointed and employed as campus police officers or as members of auxiliary forces pursuant to this chapter shall comply with the requirements for law-enforcement officers as established by the Department of Criminal Justice Services pursuant to Chapter 1 (ยง 9.1-100 et seq.) of Title 9.1.
