§ 23-17. Purposes of institutions to acquire, install, modify, and erect projects
VA Code § 23-17 (2015) What's This?
In addition to any other purposes provided by law or otherwise, the purpose of every institution shall be to acquire, install, modify, and erect any project as defined in ยง 23-15.
