§ 16.1-96. What abstract to contain
VA Code § 16.1-96 (2015) What's This?
An abstract of a judgment rendered in a court not of record shall contain the information required by ยง 8.01-449 for entry in the judgment dockets of courts of record, except that it shall not be necessary to include any information as to executions which have been issued thereon.
