§ 16.1-69.31. The duties of the Judicial Council

VA Code § 16.1-69.31 (2015) What's This?

The duties of the Judicial Council with respect to the district court system shall include those set forth in ยงยง 16.1-69.6 through 16.1-69.13, and such other duties as may be assigned to the Council by law.
