§ 16.1-278.12. When judicial consent in lieu of parental consent authorized

In cases involving judicial consent to the matters set out in subsections C and D of ยง 16.1-241, the juvenile court or the circuit court providing consent may also make any appropriate order to protect the health and welfare of the child.
