§ 64.2-406. When exercise of power of appointment by will valid
VA Code § 64.2-406 (2014) What's This?
An exercise of a power of appointment made by will is valid if the will made in execution of the power complies with the requirements of § 64.2-403, notwithstanding that the instrument creating the power expressly requires that a will made in execution of such power be executed with some additional or other form of execution or solemnity.
