§ 59.1-92.18. Appeals from final action of Commission
VA Code § 59.1-92.18 (2014) What's This?
From any final action of the Commission under the provisions of this chapter an appeal shall lie of right to the Supreme Court in accordance with the provisions of ยงยง 12.1-39, 12.1-40 and 12.1-41.
