§ 45.1-361.7. Expenditure of funds


VA Code § 45.1-361.7 (2014) What's This?

All funds, except civil charges collected pursuant to ยง 45.1-361.8, collected by or appropriated to the Department pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be expended only for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
