§ 45.1-161.161. Maintenance of hoisting equipment


VA Code § 45.1-161.161 (2014) What's This?

Hoists, ropes, cages, and other hoisting equipment shall be maintained in a safe operating condition. Hoisting ropes shall be replaced as soon as there is evidence of possible failure.
