Title 38.2 - Insurance
§ 38.2-5201. What laws applicable


VA Code § 38.2-5201 (2014) What's This?

All policies and certificates shall comply with all of the provisions of this title relating to insurance policies and certificates generally, except Article 2 (ยง 38.2-3408 et seq.) of Chapter 34 and Chapter 36 of this title. In the event of conflict between the provisions of this chapter and other provisions of this title, the provisions of this chapter shall be controlling.
