§ 38.2-4812. Surplus lines insurers subject to Unlicensed Insurers Process


VA Code § 38.2-4812 (2014) What's This?

Every insurer issuing surplus lines coverage under this chapter shall be subject to the provisions of Article 1 (§ 38.2-800 et seq.) of Chapter 8 of this title.
