§ 38.2-2811. Examination into affairs of association
VA Code § 38.2-2811 (2014) What's This?
The Commission shall examine the affairs of the association pursuant to § 38.2-1317. The examination shall be performed in the manner prescribed in §§ 38.2-1317 through 38.2-1321.1.
