§ 38.2-2624. Examinations
VA Code § 38.2-2624 (2014) What's This?
The Commission may investigate or examine the affairs, transactions, accounts, records and assets of the home service contract provider as it deems necessary. Examinations shall be conducted pursuant to ยงยง 38.2-1317.1 through 38.2-1321.1.
