§ 38.2-1857.4. Term of licenses; renewal


VA Code § 38.2-1857.4 (2014) What's This?

Every license issued pursuant to this article shall be for a term expiring on June 30 next following the date of its issuance and may be renewed for the ensuing license year, upon the filing of an application in the form prescribed by the Commission and payment of the nonrefundable renewal application processing fee prescribed in ยง 38.2-1857.3.
