§ 38.2-1835. Failure to appoint


VA Code § 38.2-1835 (2014) What's This?

Any insurer that accepts applications from an unlicensed agent or does not appoint a licensed agent pursuant to the provisions of § 38.2-1833 shall be penalized as provided in §§ 38.2-218 and 38.2-1040.
