§ 30-59.1. State agency defined


VA Code § 30-59.1 (2014) What's This?

For the purposes of ยงยง 30-58.1 and 30-59, the terms "state agency," "state agencies," "agency," and "agencies" shall mean all executive, judicial, and legislative entities of the Commonwealth as well as all constitutionally or statutorily created state entities.
