§ 30-281. Confidentiality of certain records submitted to the Commission


VA Code § 30-281 (2014) What's This?

Records and information afforded the protection under subdivision 11 of ยง 2.2-3705.6 that are provided by a responsible public entity to the Commission shall continue to be protected from disclosure when in the possession of the Commission.
