Title 3.2 - Agriculture, Animal Care, and Food
§ 3.2-6018. Penalty
Any person who: (i) fails to comply with any of the provisions of Articles 1 through 3 of this chapter; (ii) fails to allow the State Veterinarian or his representative to do or to perform any duty required of him pursuant to Articles 1 through 3 of this chapter; or (iii) violates any of the regulations adopted or quarantines established under Articles 1 through 3 of this chapter is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
