§ 3.2-1303. Beef Industry Council officers and compensation
A. The Beef Industry Council shall elect a chairman and such other officers as deemed appropriate who may or may not be from among its members. The Beef Industry Council shall meet each six months and at such other times as called by the chairman. The chairman may call special meetings at any time and shall call a special meeting when requested by five or more members of the Beef Industry Council.
B. Members shall serve without compensation but shall be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in attending meetings of the Beef Industry Council.
