§ 29.1-825. Equitable remedies not impaired
VA Code § 29.1-825 (2014) What's This?
The remedy at law provided by ยงยง 29.1-823 and 29.1-824 shall not in any manner impair the right to applicable equitable relief. Such right to equitable relief is hereby preserved, notwithstanding the provisions of such sections.
