§ 29.1-309.2. Special lifetime trapping license for senior citizens


VA Code § 29.1-309.2 (2014) What's This?

Any resident who is 65 years of age or older may apply for and receive from the Department, for a fee of $10 or as subsequently revised by the Board pursuant to ยง 29.1-103, a special lifetime trapping license. Such a person shall provide proof of his age acceptable to the Director.
