§ 19.2-386.13. Writ of error and supersedeas


VA Code § 19.2-386.13 (2014) What's This?

For the purpose of review on a writ of error or supersedeas, a final judgment or order in the cause shall be deemed a final judgment or order within the meaning of subsection A of ยง 8.01-670.
