66-21. Superintendents and agents of facilities to have powers of sheriff.

The superintendents of the facilities established by the Department pursuantto 66-13 and their authorized agents shall have the powers of a sheriff forthe purpose of preserving order at their facilities and for the conveyance ofchildren committed to their care to and from such facilities.
