66-11. Properties formerly held by the Board or Department of Corrections.

All right, title and interest in and to any real estate upon which is or maybe situated any child-care institution or community residential children'sfacility heretofore or hereafter established with funds appropriated from thestate treasury and any tangible personal property relating thereto, formerlyvested in the Board or Department of Corrections, shall on July 1, 1990, betransferred to and taken as standing in the name of the State Board ofJuvenile Justice. The Board shall have authority to give appropriate names tothe facilities established and operated by the Department.
