2006 Code of Virginia § 60.2-208 - Commission
60.2-208. Commission.
"Commission" means the Virginia Employment Commission. Wherever in thisCode, or any act of the General Assembly the term "UnemploymentCompensation Commission" is used, it shall mean the Virginia EmploymentCommission.
