60.2-121. Violation of title or rule or regulation.

Any person who willfully violates any provision of this title or any validrule or regulation promulgated pursuant to it, for which a penalty is notprovided, shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. Each day that suchviolation continues shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
