55-193. Escheat of estates in trust and equitable titles.

An estate vested in a person merely by way of mortgage or on trust shall notescheat or be forfeited to the Commonwealth by reason of the mortgagee ortrustee dying without heirs; but any equitable title to lands shall escheator be forfeited, so far as it would, if the person having the equitable hadthe legal title.
