2006 Code of Virginia § 54.1-3929 - Preservation of examination papers

54.1-3929. Preservation of examination papers.

The essay portion of the examination papers shall be kept on file in theoffice of the secretary and treasurer in Richmond for one year after theexamination, after which it may be destroyed.
