54.1-3925.2. Access to criminal history records.

The Board is authorized to obtain criminal history record informationrelating to an applicant from any state or federal law-enforcement agency.Any information so obtained is for the exclusive use of the Board and thecharacter and fitness committee and shall not be released to any other personor agency except in furtherance of the investigation of the applicant or withthe authorization of the applicant or upon court order.
