54.1-3435.5. Denial, revocation, and suspension of permit as warehouser.
The permit as a warehouser may be denied, suspended, or revoked by the Boardfor any of the following:
1. Conduct in the distribution of prescription drugs or devices contrary tothe protection of the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of thisCommonwealth; or
2. Violations of any provisions of this chapter or regulations of the Boardgoverning warehousers.
