54.1-2968. Information about certain handicapped persons.

This chapter shall not be construed to prohibit any duly licensed physicianfrom communicating the identity of any person under age twenty-two who has aphysical or mental handicapping condition to appropriate agencies of theCommonwealth or any of its political subdivisions and other informationregarding such person or condition which may be helpful to the agency in theplanning or conduct of services for handicapped persons.
