51.5-104. Use of words "State," "Commonwealth," or "Virginia.".

No person, association, or corporation engaged in the sale of blind-madeproducts may use the words "State," "Commonwealth," or "Virginia" inits company or corporate title unless such person, association, orcorporation is actually an instrumentality of the Commonwealth.
