47.1-16. Notarizations to show date of act, etc.

A. Every notarization shall include the date upon which the notarial act wasperformed, and the county or city and state in which it was performed.

B. Upon every writing which is the subject of a notarial act, the notaryshall, after his certificate, state the date of the expiration of hiscommission in substantially the following form:

"My commission expires the . . . . day of . . . . . ., . . . .."
