2006 Code of Virginia § 46.2-2055 - Condition or obligation of security
46.2-2055. Condition or obligation of security.
The insurance, bond or other security provided for in 46.2-2054 shallobligate the insurer or surety to pay any final judgment for (i) injury toany passenger or passengers and (ii) any and all injuries to persons and lossof or damage to property resulting from the negligent operation of any motorvehicle.
