46.2-1210. Motor vehicles immobilized by weather conditions or emergencies.

Whenever any motor vehicle, trailer, semitrailer, or combination or part of amotor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer is immobilized on any roadway byweather conditions or other emergency situations, the Department ofTransportation may move or have the vehicle removed to some reasonablyaccessible portion of the adjacent right-of-way. Disposition thereafter shallbe effected as provided by 46.2-1209.
