46.2-1162. Inspection of certain trailers.

Any trailer required to be inspected under the provisions of this articlemay, only if the size or configuration of the trailer and the size andconfiguration of the facilities of the inspection station prevent the trailerfrom being inspected inside the inspection station, be inspected outside theinspection station. The provisions of this section shall apply only totrailers as defined in 46.2-100 and shall not apply to recreationalvehicles commonly known as "motor homes" or to any vehicle required to beequipped with head lights.
