46.2-105. Making false affidavit or swearing falsely, perjury.

Any person who knowingly makes any false affidavit or knowingly swears oraffirms falsely to any matter or thing required by this title or theCommissioner incidental to his administration of this title to be sworn to oraffirmed shall be guilty of perjury.
