38.2-3108. Misstatement of age.

Each life insurance policy shall contain a provision that, if at any timebefore final settlement under the policy the age of the insured, or the ageof any other person if considered in determining the premium, is found tohave been misstated, the amount payable under the policy shall be the amountthat the premium would have purchased at the correct age at the time thepolicy was issued.
