38.2-2203. Policy providing for reimbursement for services that may beperformed by certain practitioners other than physicians.

Notwithstanding any provision of any policy or contract of bodily injuryliability insurance, when the policy or contract provides for reimbursementfor any service that may be legally performed by a person licensed in thisCommonwealth for the practice of chiropractic, reimbursement under the policyshall not be denied because the service is rendered by a licensedchiropractor.
